Systematically organized and structured KMD Enterprise Solutions Business group consists of: Pre-sales engineering and consultation experts, Implementation & Deployment engineering teams, Post-sales support and maintenance engineering groups, Partner/Vendor/Supplier channels relation for both global and local, Human resources management, internal development & trainings teams, and various supportive departments from KMD Group of Companies.
- Pre-sales engineering and consultation experts will help customer organizations to explore their needs of ICT and enterprise solutions by doing requirement analysis, site surveys, consultations, advices and recommendations.
- Implementation & Deployment engineering teams will provide customer organizations by setting up, deployments, configurations, and training needs of customer required enterprise solutions. Quality assurance team will make sure that all implementation and deployment are consistent with qualified standards.
- Post-sales support and maintenance engineering groups will continually support customers by helpdesk call center and onsite troubleshooting supports, regular and on call maintenance supports, feedback & complaint solution supports, etc.
